Yes a small $50 deposit. To eliminate friction and ensure commitment, a deposit is collected at the time of booking via our event calendar. Your date is not locked until the payment is processed.
The space must be returned in the condition it was found. All garbage must be bagged and placed in the designated bins located directly behind the building.
Yes. You have full access to our kitchen area, which includes a stove and microwave for food preparation or warming. It must be cleaned after use.
We offer a dedicated delivery entrance at the back of the building. This allows for seamless, friction-free setup without disrupting the main lobby or guest entrance.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable to account for the opportunity cost of the reserved time block.
